Born and brought up in Malaysia and taught by mum in our home
kitchen, I learnt the art of layering spices and flavours. I
enjoyed eating such varied cuisine from the South Indian dishes my
mum and grandma served up at home to the Malay and Chinese food
that we went out to eat.
Some dishes have evolved and many homes would often cook with
spiecs borrowed from each other cuisines. It makes for some very
interesting and delicious dishes.
The food I cook today is the food that I love, grew up eating,
miss and continue to crave for!
